#001 – Welcome to the first episode of The Groupfinity Podcast. This podcast helps leaders of small volunteer non-profit organizations engage and inspire their members, giving them the tools they need to execute their mission, support their members, and benefit the communities they serve.
If you are here, you are likely a leader of a small volunteer organization – a chapter of a larger organization, a parent group for your kids school or youth sports team, a church or faith-based group, a veteran group, an alumni club for your college, university or high school, or a some other club associated with something you are passionate about.
If the words club, group, association, chapter, or ministry appear in your organization’s name, this show is for you. My goals are to provide solutions to common problems, build a community of group leaders, and become the go-to resource for learning, training, and development.
